Get Discord here and then link your Twitch with Discord.

It is a whitelisted vanilla Minecraft server. To get whitelisted, simply post your Minecraft name in the "#minecraft-whitelisting" section of the Discord.
Once whitelisted, the IP is: mc.moomoon.tv:29410 .
WoW Guild
Server is Azshara.
Faction is Horde.
To get added, simply post your character name in the "#wow-guild-whitelisting" section of the Discord.
Sub Games
MoonMoon occasionally plays with subs that are in the Twitch chat.
To join, when this is occurring, simply post the requested account name in the Discord.

When MoonMoon plays sub games, a random non-sub viewer will also be picked.
